Pet Policy

We want you to feel at home, and sometimes the best way for that is to have a four-legged furry friend as a roommate.  We do accept pets as part of the rental agreement.  Our policy is: 
  • We need to know what type of pet you have - breed, size, age, etc.  We reserve the right to deny specific breeds for insurance purposes, as some are known to cause significant amounts of damage and/or are aggressive.  
  • Limit of two (2) pets per house. 
  • A deposit for each pet is required.
  • The pet deposit varies per property, details outlined prior to signing of the lease.
  • The pet deposit is non-refundable.
  • Pet deposit is due at the signing of the lease with the security deposit.
  • If your pet(s) cause(s) damage in excess of the pet deposit, the difference will be deducted from your security deposit.  If costs to repair damage from your pet(s) exceed(s) the pet deposit + security deposit, then you will be charged upon move-out.  
If at any point during your tenancy, you want to get a pet and did not have one at the signing of the lease or are adding an additional pet: 
  • Notify us immediately.
  • Tell us the type of pet immediately.  We reserve the right to deny specific breeds for insurance purposes, as some are known to cause significant amounts of damage and/or are aggressive.  
  • Remit the pet deposit to the P.O. Box.
We reserve the right to deny an application based upon an aggressive pet.
